Dr. Keith Donato is not your usual chiropractor. From your first appointment, you might be surprised at how much time he spends understanding you and the reason for your visit. He asks endless questions and has you go through a large variety of movements, zeroing in on what exactly is causing not your current issue, but what caused it in the first place. Dr. Keith approached us to help polish his online presence. He was looking for a way to attract more patients to his practice, and his existing website and other marketing efforts were in need of an overhaul. The text copy and imagery just weren’t capturing the feeling of being in Keith’s care. Dr. Keith wanted to make it more accessible for potential patients to learn what the office experience was like – from the comfort of their own homes.
When patients come in for their appointment they often present with a certain injury like back or knee pain. They think they will need some sort of shot or potential surgery because “nothing has worked” and they have “tried everything”. Patients tend to think they know where their pain is coming from, but are very surprised what they are experiencing is just a symptom. Often, the pain they feel is just a symptom of the actual issue.
After treating the current injury, Dr. Keith begins working with you on a plan to identify and fix the underlying issue with a treatment plan and corrective exercises to help strength and mobilize the root cause giving the patient long lasting relief and a greatly reduced chance for a recurrance of the injury.

Healthcare websites tend to be – bland. No matter what they do, they tend to be very cold and clinical, focusing on pain, discomfort, and leave you with a feeling you are on an assembly line. Dr. Keith tasked us with doing the exact opposite with his site. He wanted one that was warm, inviting, calming, and promoted the idea of being well and healthy, and not focusing on pain.
The Rampant Imaginations team went to Dr. Keith’s office to experience his approach and treatments first hand. We saw for ourselves how effective his method of treatment is, and saw Dr. Keith’s empathic and postive approach to patient care. Dr. Keith’s main focus is getting you back to doing what you love as soon as you can. After our experience we knew we had to replicate this as closely as we could in his new website. What we came up with truly resonated with Dr. Keith and his patients.
We worked with Dr. Keith’s existing logo and brand to refresh the visual side of his website and added imagery that spoke to both sides of his patients needs – dealing with an injury; and getting them back to doing what they love as soon as possible.
This was accomplished by reorganizing his pages and content to make people feel like they knew him and what he does before they even set foot in the office. We added small snippets of phrases he commonly uses with patients on every page, and included a personalized testimonial in each section that supported the page copy. Visually focused on being active, healthy, and vibrant. Creating the feeling of already being healed and back to doing what you love.
The most important thing a website can do is start a conversation with your target audience before they even come to see you. Rampant Imaginations wanted that conversation to start as soon as possible. We designed a “Ask The Doctor” page with a short form that encouraged people to ask a question about their current condition. This form made people feel safe in approaching Dr. Keith before they decide to make an appointment.
In Dr. Keith’s industry testimonials are critical for visitors to see. Not only because they validate that Dr. Keith is an excellent provider, but because they also tell stories that potential patients identify with. We worked with Dr. Keith to aquire as many testimonials as he could from former and current patients, then added them to the site. The sheer volume and quality of them is staggaring showing the depth of Dr. Keith’s expertise.
